<description>Luma is a fine-dining restaurant that has a strictly defined set of brand attributes; blue, yellow, fork, wine bottle. Like their food, Luma's brand is simple – focusing not on the elaborate, but in specialized perfection. Every month, Luma celebrates a different holiday, for which a unique poster must be made to reflect the offer and occasion. These are the posters I have done for them.

<description>The second year of the Stanford 20/20 Cricket Tournament saw the inclusion of three new West Indies teams and a rising level of competition. Building off rivalries formed the first year, "Who Will Rise?" became the battle cry for all teams trying to bat, bowl and rise to the top – cementing their country's name as the most dominant team in West Indies Cricket.

A print, web and broadcast effort was unleashed upon the twenty countries that were competing. Combining a strong, nationalistic, visual brand with the unique and vibrant colors of the area, the tournament became a major draw and point of pride for the participating countries.

Print

A tournament-wide "manifesto" poster was created to include and engage all the countries competing. Individual posters and ads were created for country-specific advertising.

&#60;img src="http://c0573862.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/1/0/1163/23961/wwr_manifesto.jpg" border="0" width="629" height="849" align="left" /&#62; &#60;img src="http://c0573862.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/1/0/1163/23961/wwr_countries.jpg" border="0" width="670" height="890" align="left" /&#62;

____________________________________________________________________________________

Web
The website functioned in the same spirit as the individualized ads, utilizing the origin of the visitor's IP address to determine which player and color scheme would be shown. View Site

Broadcast
Filmed in Antigua, utilizing key players from each team, the commercials became a rallying cry – identifying faces and personalities with the teams competing.

historic William Bartram Scenic Highway. The cover needed standard, signifying information
on it, but otherwise was up to the proposing agency.

The open road is shown as something that is limitless in its splendor and beauty. It shows the
open highway as a means of opportunity and exploration. It also equates a personal relationship
that Glatting Jackson has formed with the highway, being there and placing themselves within it.

<description>Hurricane Grill &#38; Wings was a rebrand project aimed at taking emphasis off the recently publicized destructive power of hurricanes and placing that focus into a more "family-friendly" environment. Because a name change was out of the question, I invented a mythical surfer; Hurricane Greco. Hurricane Greco has been the de facto force in surfing for the last forty years and his story is told through the visual language that makes up Hurricane Grill &#38; Wings brand.

Always in the picture, but never recognizable, Hurricane's ambiguity allows his myth to perpetuate in the minds of the restaurant's patrons. Through his own continuing story, the NEW story of Hurricane Grill &#38; Wings is formed.

Interactive ideas were designed to make time-tracking both interactive and visually engaging. Employees can post job entries, time-sheets, itemized lists, etc. and watch in real time as the front login screen is affected by their input – creating a sense of contribution and ownership.

At the end of the day management is able to download movies that compress and show that particular day's activity. Through visual means, they are able to make notes and document strengths/weaknesses in the company's work productivity.

<description>My application for Wieden+Kennedy's 12 program. Finding out about the program/application three days before its deadline haste became my greatest foe AND ally.

The application rules were simple:
"Your application must fit inside of a 9" x 12" standard mail envelope. It has to move us, make us laugh, make us cry - basically show who you are as a designer, person, friend, etc..."

The application resulted in a trip up to Portland, Oregon where much laughter was had, beers were drank and friends were made.

<description>Authenticity is everything when it comes to Barbecue. Smokey Bones needed a complete brand over-haul to bring its image more in line with its flavors. Interactivity was crucial in establishing an engaging experience. By physically affecting applications of the brand, both the patron and the staff add to the collage and dialogue of Smokey Bones.
